About Sound Dragon
I’ve been delivering professional DJ and event production for over 12 years, and I’ve been actively DJing every single year during that time.
Sound Dragon isn’t a multi-DJ booking company. When you book Sound Dragon, I’m the one on site. I don’t send random DJs or subcontract events, because I stand behind the quality of my work.
I also don’t believe clients need to sift through equipment lists or model numbers like JBI-Z7005-E. Most people don’t care — and they shouldn’t have to. What matters is that the system is professional-grade, properly scaled to the event, and built from over $100,000 in production gear, earned over years of real experience.
I specialize in large-scale events, especially for high schools and colleges, including events with 1,000–2,000 students. I’ve owned and operated two nightclubs and currently run a restaurant and event center in Lacey, which gives me real-world experience managing large crowds, timelines, and high-pressure environments.
I also work corporate events and high-end weddings, where preparation, professionalism, and backup plans make all the difference. After hundreds of weddings, I know how important it is to stay calm, organized, and ready for anything.
I don’t subcontract events, but if I’m already booked — or if another professional is a better fit — I’m always happy to make a referral I trust.
